Here at Motorcar Alternatives, LLC we work hard at not working hard. Our goal is to work smart, not hard. One way we accomplish this is by embracing and implementing technology to make our service to you better, more efficient and more fun.
We have invested in a computer network that is both wired and wireless to connect all the components of good auto repair service. This network consists of servers, desktops and handheld tablet computers. Each technician has their own tablet computer that can access information either wirelessly or wired. They have access to over 60 gigabytes of service information updated quarterly. They have access to a high speed internet connection and our own customer databases. They can look up parts electronically and research recalls and service bulletins. This type of advanced connectivity is more than you will find in most dealerships.
Having the right tool for the job can make all the difference in the world. We have factory scan tools for both Ford and GM. We are adding more each year. By having dealer level tools, we can easily surpass the quality of service found elsewhere.
All our employees are equipped with 2-way radios as well. We can ask questions without having to track that person down, even if they are on a road test. Updates, changes and requests can be processed faster and more precisely. Clear, efficient communications are essential in providing excellent service.
